Cavender’s in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Key Carrier to support the Store Management Team by helping run day-to-day operations, open/close, assist customers and guide associates to drive sales. You will stay actively engaged in selling, meet goals, and help train team members while keeping the store clean and presentable.

As Manager on Duty when assigned, you will help supervise staff, address customer concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Open and close the store as directed.
• Address customer complaints, returns and exchanges.
• Assist in training store associates.
• Keep the store clean and well-presented inside and out.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment.
