Job summary

Sally Beauty in Wyomissing seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, develop associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, oversee brand standards, schedules, and omni-channel fulfillment to meet KPIs, and coach the team. A friendly, fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPIs.
• Lead brand standards in merchandising, marketing and daily operations.
• Recruit and develop team members; coach and counsel as needed.
• Ensure omni-channel fulfillment and support digital strategies.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention, protecting company assets.
