Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and leading store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals.

In this role you will help supervise brand standards, merchandising, omni-channel activities, scheduling and operations while ensuring safety and loss-prevention measures are followed. Previous retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred; management experience helpful.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in hiring, development, and leadership of store associates.
• Oversee brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel strategies.
• Assist in achieving KPIs and financial targets through analysis and planning.
• Manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention procedures.
