Job summary

TESO Group in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support in-store execution, shift leadership, merchandising, and employee coaching. You will drive daily store tasks, ensure floor order, manage replenishment, and coach staff for excellent customer service.

Under the Store Manager, responsibilities include customer service excellence, product expiration management, closing procedures, and compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above required.
• 3+ years of store management experience in retail or service industries.
• Familiar with store sales, merchandising, replenishment, and cashier procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Store Manager's daily priority tasks and coordinate staffing, replenishment, merchandising, customer complaints, and closing inspections.
• Lead on-site operations when the Store Manager is absent and maintain normal store operations.
• Support product merchandising, replenishment, shelf organization, and promotional display maintenance.
• Assist with expiration-date checks, near-expiration records, and shrink reporting.
• Oversee cashier procedures, refunds, and cash controls; perform closing inspections.
