TESO Group in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Cashier Team Leader to supervise the checkout area, coach cashiers, and ensure accurate scanning, pricing, and clean, organized displays. You will lead replenishment, protect cash integrity, and report exceptions under store leadership.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and on-site execution, with training and advancement opportunities within the store team.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or service industries preferred; training available.
Familiar with product merchandising, replenishment, and price labeling.
Strong execution, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Oversee checkout area merchandising, shelf management and price labeling accuracy.
Complete daily replenishment, recovery, FIFO rotation and stock put-away.
Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stocks or mispriced items to management.
Supervise cashiers to ensure accurate scans, proper transactions and signed documentation.
Provide customer service and product recommendations; handle complaints or returns when needed.
Coach new team members on product locations, replenishment standards and processes.
Assist with opening/closing tasks and document work records and actions.
