Job summary

This role emphasizes safety, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a well-stocked, clean, and welcoming store environment while meeting performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in training and developing Store Associates.
