Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop the team. This role requires hands-on leadership in a busy retail environment and a focus on achieving sales and operational goals.

You will assist with merchandising, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming store. This is a part-time, on-site role in Anthony, TX with opportunities to grow into higher

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns.
• Transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling tasks.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
