Lee's Discount Liquor in Nevada is seeking a capable Key Holder to supervise the store when managers are unavailable. You will help open and close, assist cashiers and stockers, maintain neat shelves, and deliver exemplary customer service.

You will report to the Store Manager, help enforce policies, stock displays, assist with deliveries, and ensure the store is ready for the next day. Minimums include a HS diploma, 21+, TAM/Health Card eligibility, and passing drug and background checks.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to obtain TAM and Health Card.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

• Open security gate, unlock front door, and disable alarm during openings; retrieve cash drawers and access change bank.
• Close store: secure drawers, lock doors, set alarm, and prepare for next day.
• Oversee cashiers and stockers; ensure policy compliance and timely communication with management.
• Assist with voids, overrides, and price matches; may not perform refunds.
• Authorize breaks and lunches and aid cashiers in decision making.
• Check backstock and stock shelves, end caps, islands, and displays.
• Help receive deliveries and stock them appropriately.
