Lee’s Discount Liquor in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, improve inventory turnover, and reduce shrinkage while delivering excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff, create schedules, coordinate with HR, and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Liquor experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications with intermediate Excel.

Mansioni

• Drives revenue and customer counts.
• Ensures stores are visually appealing, neat, clean, organized and sale signs are displayed timely and accurate.
• Weekly store orders with distributors and ensures receiving is accurately processed.
• Manages inventory, ensuring proper levels and shelf management.
• Identifies opportunities to grow the business and improve sales.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and weekly cash reconciliations.
• Manages refunds, voids, and discounts daily.
• Supervises team and creates employee schedules; submits requests to HR.
• Follows procedures and controls, and corporate accounting procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
