Lee’s Discount Liquor in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to back up the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive revenue, ensure the store opens/closes properly, and keep shelves stocked with exceptional customer service.

You will assist cashiers and stockers, manage weekly distributor orders, and supervise the team in the manager’s absence. 3-5 years of retail experience, liquor exposure preferred, and strong Excel/Office skills are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in retail with liquor experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Multitasks well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Drives revenue and customer counts.
• Ensures the store is neat, clean, organized and signs displayed.
• Weekly store orders with distributors and receiving processing.
• Manages inventory, shelf management and turnover.
• Identifies opportunities to grow the business and sales.
• Ensures internal controls and weekly cash reconciliations.
• Manages refunds, voids, and discounts daily.
• Supervises team when Store Manager is out.
• Follows procedures and corporate accounting rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
