Lee's Discount Liquor in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to back up the Store Manager in daily operations. You will drive revenue, assist with receiving, inventory turns, and ensure the store opens and closes properly while maintaining neat shelves and excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff in the Manager's absence, help control cash, process refunds, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Retail experience in a fast-paced environment is recommended.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Backs up Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Drives revenue and monitors customer counts.
• Ensures store is clean, organized, and properly signed.
• Oversees receiving and weekly inventory tasks.
• Assists with open/close procedures and cash handling.
