Job summary

Save A Lot is seeking a Shift Lead in Franklin, PA to direct daily store operations in the absence of Store/Assistant Store Managers. You will open/close the store, supervise team members, handle cash, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will resolve customer issues, maintain merchandise and inventory, and support management in policy compliance. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential; travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members in all departments.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Documents complaints and takes follow-up steps to correct the source of the complaint.
• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting and till preparation.
• Performs cashier and stocking duties when necessary.
• Escalates employee issues to Store Manager or District Manager.
• Protects company property, funds and merchandise.
• Ensures loss prevention procedures are followed daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
