• Oversees work assignments to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, freshness, quality, and rotation of merchandise.
• Ensures OSHA safety compliance and accurate pricing, weights, and measures.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide direction to staff.
• Supports company programs and communicates policies to associates.
