Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) for store operations.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Engage with customers, resolve issues, and communicate feedback to associates.
• Oversee staff assignments, labor compliance, and scheduling constraints.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, freshness, quality, and logkeeping per policy.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper safety in daily store activities.
• Conduct daily store walks, provide direction, and be visible to customers.
• Support company programs to achieve business results and policy adherence.
