Job summary

Superpumper is seeking an Assistant Store Director to help run daily store operations, manage staff, and uphold exceptional guest relations. The role requires leading shifts, supporting the Store Director, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The candidate will train Team Members, handle hiring, payroll processes, and maintain inventory accuracy while preserving a high standard of store presentation and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills for sales and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Director in operating and staffing the store.
• Lead shifts and ensure guest relations are of the highest standard.
• Train and supervise Team Members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the store.
