Job summary

Superpumper is seeking an Assistant Store Director to help run a profitable, clean, and well-merchandised convenience store. You will supervise Team Members, train staff, and report to the Store Director, ensuring excellent guest relations and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards across the store and parking area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and team-training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in the Store Director's absence and manage operations.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training Team Members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Oversee cash handling, payroll processing, and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor inventory, pricing accuracy, and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce policies on alcohol/tobacco sales and uniform standards.
