Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Byron Center, Michigan. The Management Trainee role focuses on developing leadership and selling skills while performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management supervision.

You will train to become a Store Manager, participate in interviews as needed, and lead Teammates with a customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service to create a top shopping experience.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
