The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Byron Center, Michigan. We will interview in mid-March and start interviews for multiple roles in late March. Teammates will handle guest service, sales, and store operations to deliver a high-energy shopping experience.

Positions emphasize greeting guests, product knowledge, and a wardrobe-focused sales approach, with benefits including discounts, bonuses, and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and peak store periods.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise and locate items for guests.
• Suggest additional items and create a wardrobe experience for guests.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Process checkout, returns, exchanges, and assist with bagging purchases.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Provide feedback to management on merchandise handling and guest concerns.
