Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience with demonstrable success.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and supervise team members.
• Handle guest orders, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality.
• Ensure food safety practices comply with regulations.
• Work with GM to meet weekly sales goals and EBITDA growth.
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and POS operations.
