Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and store performance.
• Develop operational action plans and scheduling.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate information to the team.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage; merchandise products to maximize sales.
• Assist with payroll, loss prevention, and keeping equipment in good working order.
• Uphold company policies and protect confidential information.
