Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• 2-years related experience in the tire industry.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus some college or technical school (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all operational aspects of a store according to company policies and procedures.
• Trains and supervises employees; assigns work, schedules, and duties; resolves grievances.
• May lead store audits to ensure compliance and understands all facets of store operations.
• Completes accounting functions daily (invoices, re-bills, End-of-Days, deposits) per policy.
• Coordinates training; ensures on-the-job training and participates in workshops as directed by management.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and resolves customer complaints promptly.

2-years tire industry experience
