Job summary

Commercial Tire Inc. is hiring a Retail Tire Technician in Idaho. This full-time role involves mounting and dismounting tires, performing inspections, oil changes, and tire maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and high standards of safety. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, ESOP, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Mounting and dismounting tires, balancing, rotation and flat repairs.
• Inspect vehicles per VIR training expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and clear communication as a priority.
• Recommend safety and preventative services to customers.
• Receive and organize product into location before storage.
• Perform vehicle oil changes as per VIR standards when required.
• Assist with opening/closing of store and end-of-day duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tire and lube areas, bays, and equipment.
