Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide overall Day to Day direction to store personnel to provide efficient & quality service to customers.
• Supervise and train technicians while monitoring employee to customer interactions.
• Complete required paperwork and enact cost control measures to ensure profitability.
• Provide service to customer vehicles, including fluids, tires, and related maintenance tasks.
• Maintain proper cash controls and deposits; cash drawer management.
• Manage weekly store inspections and ensure a clean, presentable facility.
