Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive top-line sales, and ensure inventory accuracy and guest service excellence. You will guide the Merchandise Manager and Task Associates, manage planograms, cycle counts, and related processes, while upholding store standards.

The role requires 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong leadership to coach staff, control payroll budgets, and deliver measurable store results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for candidates.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management experience including payroll budgeting and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Lead staffing, training, and development, ensuring a diverse, high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, SOPs, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes.
