Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the front end of the store and support pharmacy and retail store operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Internship Program or high school diploma with two years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to relocate or be considered for Store Manager promotion.
• Experience supervising both front-end and pharmacy operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to ensure excellent store experience.
• Supports Store Manager and assumes duties in their absence to keep store running smoothly.
• Leads merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling while protecting store assets.
