Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Store Operations Manager to lead store operations, freight scheduling, and backroom standards. The role focuses on driving safe, efficient, and compliant store performance while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

Key duties include overseeing the Freight to Floor and weekly recovery processes, managing the Inventory Control Specialist, and ensuring safety, policies, and guest service standards are consistently applied at the store level.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Store operations supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and timely follow-up.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist and weekly checklists.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and store standards across backroom, dock, and sales floor.
• Support Store Manager with planning, safety, and financial results.
