Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, overseeing freight, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery processes, while coaching the Operations Team Members and supporting the Store Manager. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient backroom and dock standards.

You will supervise the Inventory Control Specialist, ensure timely documentation, and uphold security and stock integrity across receiving, transfers, and adjustments.

Qualificações

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning, freight movement, stocking execution, and follow-up to operational standards.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on assigned routines and process expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and ensure Store recovery standards are maintained.
• Oversee the Inventory Control Specialist role, including Inventory Control Specialist Weekly Checklist completion, coaching, development, follow-up, and accountability for receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance processes completed by the Inventory Control Specialist, including inventory adjustments, discrepancies, negative on-hand review, PO processing, transfers, buybacks, RTV, and reconciliation routines.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards, organization, and recovery.
