REI Co-op is seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist to guide the store to operational excellence and serve as the store's Swiss Army Knife. You will support the store management team, engage with customers daily, and handle daily office duties in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Reconciles operational expenses.
• Mentors operations and sales staff.
• Maintains office supply inventory within budget.
• Handles hiring and HR documentation.
• Coordinates Safety Committee, Product Quality, and Loss Prevention.
• Other duties as assigned.
