Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive exceptional customer service. This full-time role supports all operational areas and ensures quality, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.

The position requires 2 years of service industry experience with supervisory capabilities, plus basic computer skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided in a casual, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are expected.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable; supervisory experience recommended.
• Understanding of production facility operations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met.
• Be able to effectively work and train all positions in both the front and back of the house.
• Performs various administrative functions i.e banking and scheduling meeting.
• Coaches associates using established processes and tools including Huddles and Evaluations.
• Execute store opening / closing procedures and daily / weekly reports.
• Manage/monitor labor and adjust staffing based on business demands.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies including wait times and product quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures are followed including PPE and equipment use.
• Monitor FIFO rotation of product in FOH and BOH including ham and turkey inventory.
• Handle complaints with 100% customer satisfaction per policy.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in all B2B and Catering processes.
• Lead merchandising transition and holiday/non-holiday setup.
