• Able to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Ability to supervise and train associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers with solutions.
• Greet customers and thank them as they leave.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor with customers and staff.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Ensure loss prevention, safety and audits are conducted.
• Lead management meetings and communicate with the District Manager.
