The role emphasizes upholding brand standards, delivering quality service, and driving sales with a motivated team.

Successful candidates will be energetic, with integrity and a drive to develop within a Domino’s franchise.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members.
• Pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Experience in inventory control and labor costing is a plus.
• Ability to manage team member schedules and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Partner with General Manager on recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
• Serve as store mentor and operations expert in all store positions.
• Build relationships with customers and community.
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting.
• Inventory control and management.
• Assist General Manager in marketing efforts.
