Job summary

Domino’s Pizza MD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Store Operations. You will supervise store activities, support General Manager with staffing and scheduling, and ensure top-tier product and service quality while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor team members, manage inventory, handle cash, and contribute to community engagement. A strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude.
• Possess integrity and honesty.
• Able to pass background check and motor vehicle report.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Experience in inventory/labor cost management and basic computer skills.

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and scheduling of Team Members.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Foster professional Team Member relationships.
• Act as store mentor and operations expert with Team Members.
• Build relationships with customers and community.
• Handle cash, reconciliation and reporting.
• Control inventory and manage stock.
