Job summary

Yellow Hammer Pizza of MD, LLC TA Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Director of Team Relations to oversee store operations, develop Team Members, and drive sales while upholding health, safety and quality standards. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced pizza environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and a hands-on approach to promotion, training, and operations across Domino’s stores in Maryland.

Qualifications

• EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude.
• Possess integrity and honesty.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18 years or older, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle report.
• Pizza niche experience 1–2 years preferred.

• Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules.
