Domino's in Maryland is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and supervise team members. You will act as manager-on-duty, assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling, and ensure consistent, high-quality service and product standards for customers.

You will help maximize sales, manage costs, and maintain health and safety standards while mentoring staff and building community relations.

Qualifications

• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
• Serve as store mentor and operations expert in all store positions.
