Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager in our Store Operations team. You will serve as manager-on-duty, assist with recruitment, training and scheduling, and uphold brand standards to deliver high-quality products and service.

As a key operator, you’ll maximize sales, manage labor, control inventory, and support marketing efforts while fostering a positive, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude required.
• Integrity and honesty are essential.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager.
• Assist with recruitment, new team member training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and policies; ensure quality product and service.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Lead team member development and mentor store staff.
• Build relationships with customers and the community.
• Handle cash, reconciliations and reporting; manage inventory.
• Support General Manager in marketing efforts.
