Job summary

Strong retail leadership, supervisory experience, and knowledge of safety protocols are preferred. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and ensure timely follow-up on routines and standards.
• Manage weekly recovery processes and Store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist activities, including weekly checklists and receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and exterior areas to company standards.
