Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Lead to drive operational excellence in our store environments.

You will ensure merchandise is stocked and ready, support leadership, and help maintain a clean, inviting guest experience while adhering to store policies and standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Merchandise and Operations Managers, focus on performance metrics, and leadership of Task Associates to achieve peak productivity.

Competenze

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires

Mansioni

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Achieve compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and processes including shipment, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
