You will coach a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage scheduling and budgeting, and uphold Ulta Beauty standards every day. This role requires a passion for beauty retail, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store operations team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
