Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building loyalty through excellent customer service. You will lead by example under the Store Manager, ensuring an engaged, productive team and strong daily operations.

You will manage store operations including sales, inventory, staffing, training, development and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
