Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store management team, driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead a productive store team, manage staffing, training, and development, and oversee financial operations while ensuring policy adherence and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
