Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years experience working with the public.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with work on sales floor and donation areas, including organizing donations and getting quality product to the floor.
• Maintain store operations including opening and closing as requested by a manager.
• Provide training and development support to employees and act as a positive role model.
• Ensure adherence to procedures related to sales-floor activities and document as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers of promotions.
• Uphold Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska’s policies and values and foster community relations.
