Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervise schedules and payroll while ensuring store performance.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling and loss prevention measures are followed.
