Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% world‑class customer service.
• Opens and closes shifts; manages drawers and cash.
• Handling and processing of incoming donation flow.
• Ensures loss prevention and risk management policies.
• Keeps the facility neat, clean, organized, and safe.
• Assists in inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods.
• Maintains knowledge of merchandise and pricing.
• Completes reports and deposits per policy.
• Performs duties as assigned by Team Leader.
• Attends in‑service trainings as needed.
