Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations and drive the mission of changing lives through work. You’ll open/close, lead team members, and ensure a positive experience for customers, donors, and staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication and leadership, with responsibilities across donation flow, merchandising, and compliance. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support and model Goodwill’s Core Values and Guiding Principles.
