Job summary

CVS Health, Overland Park, is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy store leadership team. You will drive store execution, performance and customer service excellence while building a capable, engaged store team.

Under the Store Manager, you will manage staffing, training, inventory, financials, and daily operations, lead by example, and communicate clearly with crews and supervisors to continuously improve store results.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
