Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in Oxnard, CA. The role focuses on store execution, customer service, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to opening and closing procedures.

The position requires strong deductive reasoning and communication skills, the ability to supervise teams, and a flexible full‑time schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Base pay range is $18.90–$27.90 per hour.

• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Plan and drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service.
• Supervise crew, assign and follow up activities, and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support weekly promotional displays and off-shelf maintenance.
