Job summary

CVS Health in Manchester, NH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and performance, ensuring top customer service when the manager is not onsite. You will supervise staff, drive opening and closing procedures, and uphold safety and quality.

You will work a full-time, flexible schedule including early shifts and weekends, mentor teammates, manage incidents, and help maintain merchandising and presentation standards across weekly and seasonal promotions.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
