• Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank.

• Ability to perform duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet and thank customers, support peak hours.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations: reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management.
• Merchandising: pricing, promotions, stocking and selling.
• Shift supervision in manager's absence; training new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances, control expenses, assist in audits and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop team; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate store technology and POS systems; perform shift reports and calculations.
