Responsibilities

• Act in store manager's absence and support store leadership.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to promote profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and merchandise promotion.
• Perform general administrative tasks and learn store manager responsibilities.
