Job summary

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to lead a team, train associates, and maintain store standards.

• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for shopper impact.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Adhere to safety policies and store procedures.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional customer interactions.
